The people are very friendly. The rooms are very clean. Free parking and free breakfast. Convenient to all the entertainment.
Wasn't expecting much, but the room was really nice and I was very happy with everything, location was nice walking distance to everything.
Everything you need in a hotel room plus ours had a jacuzzi tub. Don't know if all rooms do, but it worked great even though the instructions were wrong. Walls are very thin and can hear everything, but we would stay again.
The front office staff seemed nice. The room was a little dirty but it was mainly the floor and bathtub bottom. The shampoos and conditioners in the room were definitely used. I think the only thing that wasn't used was the bar soap. The curtains wouldn't truly close but it covered enough to not feel like I was being stared at. The bed was clean and thats our biggest thing. All around it was a okay stay. Also it does come with a microwave which when look at online it said it didn’t have.
Very nice. Quiet. They’re doing some renovations but other than that I have 0 complaints. The room was very clean. The bed is very comfortable, the TV is a 55”. It’s in a good location. And it’s fairly priced. I will definitely stay here again if I come back.
Had a great stay here. Lady (Vicky?) at front desk was extremely helpful and entertaining; gave us some great advice on how to experience Helen for our first visit. Rooms was completely adequate. TV was a bit of challenge to figure out, but I did -- and wasn't visiting to watch TV anyway! Parking was great. Good price/value. Good location -- easily accessible to river and downtown strip. Would stay there again without hesitation.
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The room was renovated except the bathroom. It was quiet and there was plenty of parking. This hotel was close to everything, within walking distance to be precise. The mattress was very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The room and surrounding areas were very clean. Last but not least, The lady at the help desk was pleasant. Advice for owners- leave the AC on 24/7 especially in the summer whether someone is in the room or not, you will save money in the long run and keep customers happy. You are on the right track, keep renovating as budget permits.
We loved it !! AVI was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. The bed slept well and the pillows were ok. We loved the location. The walk to downtown wasn't too far. Thank you AVI We will be returning again A & B Milller
